“Great stay. Beautiful property.”

“For 3 nights and 3 days, we had no hot water whatsoever. We could not take a shower during the entire stay. It was extremely hot outside and caused us to sweat a lot, it was very uncomfortable not being able to cleann ourselves. This was supposed to be a great weekend as my wife graduated from the University of Virginia with her PhD. But we couldn't enjoy the ceremony or weekend at all because we stunk with body order and were sticky because of the sweat. The hotel called us a week before our……

“The place is beautiful and the staff is really nice. Many of the activities were not available when I was there, yet I was still charged for the activity fee. I was in the area on family business, so that did not affect me personally, but had I been there for recreation, I would have been very disappointed. There is also no housekeeping service in your room. When I complained that the coffee maker did not work, I was told it would be replaced, but that never happened.”
