“We will never return hardly any of the amenities were open. Our sheets were all stained. The restaurant was absolutely terrible.”

“The property was much larger than expected and included a lake. Our cabin was tucked in the woods off of a one lane paved road, with good parking spaces. We had a few mosquitoes in our cabin, and also a spider that stayed in its upper corner of the bathroom. The beds and pillows in our two bedroom cabin were very comfortable. Most of the channels on the TV were a little out of focus and we were unable to mirror our phones on the TV, even through we had property internet connected. The breakfast……

“Nice staff as always. There was a large group staying that made it difficult to get in and”

“Very nice”

“The welcome and staff we encountered at the reception were friendly & efficient. The room (18) had been updated and was very clean. As it had been recently cleaned there was a smell of detergent but better that than the opposite! There was only soap provided but as it was a one night stay that was okay asI do not like the single use plastic shampoos etc. The room was way too light during the night - this could be improved. There was no coffee making appliance in the room but there was good……

Usually a hotel room has a booklet showing tv channels, where stuff is in the hotel and area restaurants, etc. Also, Tracy at the front desk when we checked in was rude and gave us false information. The breakfast bar was ok but I wasn't really impressed with their food selection but that's probably just me.”

“Beautiful resort, friendly staff, excellent restaurant.”

“My first concern was walking back to my room as all of the smoke/fire detectors were literally hanging by their wires below the ceiling tiles in the hallway. My room reaked of some sort of Aerosol spray I presumed to mask other odors. Upon opening the window for fresh air I found it to be full of dead bugs and live flies. The window screen had was pushed out exposing the room to insects. I observed two dead flies stuck to the ceiling above the bed. It appeared someone had wiped their snot on the……
