Wonderful cottage in central location

Lovely place for our family of 4 to catch up for the ANZAC Day long weekend. Comfortable house with everything needed (except the cheese grater), and centrally located opposite the pool and an easy 10min walk into town. With one son living in Orange it was a great place to meet with family coming from Canberra and Sydney.

A lovely getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a Orange catching up with great friends. It was a perfect home to have our own space and enjoy a couple of lazy mornings In the sunshine . The beds were so comfortable and everything very functional - thank you

A great property in a easy location

We enjoyed our stay but a number of small cleaning issues really added up, dirty cups in the cupboard, hair on the bathroom floor, marks and dirt on one the bed’s linen, rubbish in the bedroom bin and having to clean the gas heater’s filter of a blanket of dust so that it worked. We also spotted a small resident field mouse on a number of occasions behind cabinets in the living room.

Ideal summer house

This house is older style with lovely lead light windows and original decorative ceilings. In updating the doors to the living room and the kitchen have been removed and this makes the house very cold and difficult to heat. There is no heating in the bedrooms and in wintry Orange this was quite a disappointment. In the main area there is an air conditioner and a gas fire side by side so that the open plan living area remains cold, in parts. Attention to comfort would have made the stay more enjoyable but maybe the open plan is more suited to summer stays. We did enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the bed was supremely comfortable.
