The dining and kitchen spaces are appointed with modern appliances and all of the essential amenities you require. Bring your group together in the spacious living areas where you can unwind with a movie or enjoy a local wine or two on the sunny patio by the firepit accompanied by a BBQ or cheese platter.

LOCATION
Situated just short of a 5 minute drive into the CBD, you really are in a great location to explore the town of Orange. The CBD is where you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out, shopping, parks, bars & more.

In just a short 3 minutes drive, you will find yourself at the wonderful Botanic Gardens and Adventure Playground. A little further down the road is North Orange Shopping Centre and McDonalds.

Our famous vineyards and cellar doors are as close as 10 minutes by car.

Other Things to Note:
This is a two story property, there are stairs that go to the two top bedrooms so this home may not suit the elderly or people with mobility issues. Please let us know if you have any questions or need clarification surrounding the stairs.

Firepit: this property has a firepit that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are provided in the Welcome Book in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.

Interaction with Guests:
I plan to give my guests space but am available when needed.
