"Our stay was everything we needed and wanted. The cottage was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed and the owners were friendly. We throughly enjoyed being close to the rail trail and managed to explore it several times during our stay. We certainly hope to stay here again the next time we are in High Falls."

"Some friends and our pups were looking to spend a nice weekend upstate with our dogs to relax and spend time, and this place was perfect. The location is GREAT! It is near hiking trails, some breweries/orchards and while we didn’t go to dinner, there were restaurants around as well. The house was as described, spacious and had a lot to offer. "Thank you Ginny we had a lovely stay at your cottage. Was exactly as pictured! Was perfect for a night away. The only feedback we have is there was no body wash/soap or shampoo (but 3 bottles of conditioner) for the shower. And also in the main bedroom, the center support of the bed frame would shift even just getting into and out of bed. We were a little concerned it might give way but it held and mattress was comfortable. Besides those notes we would definitely recommend staying here!"

"This house is definitely secluded, so if you like privacy, and we do, this is the place for you. The house is well stocked with breakfast food, and food for guests is well marked. House is spotless. Bed is comfortable. I had a long phone conversation with Lisa and she was friendly and honest about what to expect. It's a short drive to the sights in the Hudson Valley. The only caution is the gravel driveway leading to the house is long and rough."

"The cabin was perfect... almost. Check in was easy and the place is truly surrounded by trails and climbing. The bunk beds are in a room off the back of the house and it was cold. The back doors didn't feel very secure. There were also a lot of lady bugs. The fireplace had a hard-to-use controller and smelled of gas when we used it.
