"Always a clean and safe place to stay"

"Don’t let the pictures fool you. This place was run down. Found a German cockroach on the wall, immediately started to look for another hotel near by, but bc we were there for a big concert in Gainesville, every hotel in the area was booked, then found another roach on one of the bed later that night. Went to get ice and there was a dead fly on the plastic tray and another fly that was smooshed on the inside of the ice bucket lid. The sheets had nasty stains on them, that looked like they were from an opened wound. Thankfully we brought our own blankets to lay on top of. The room was dirty. I’m guessing people use the bathroom a lot on that property bc there were strong pee smells in certain areas. I do not recommend this place at all! I did not get any photos of the bugs bc I was to focused on killing them."

"Elevator being out while people were in town for a concert was kind of a difficult situation but not a bad stay"

"The room was disgusting. Stains on the bedding, the walls, the floors, everything. There were bugs, dead and alive throughout the room. If you try to inform the staff of the multiple issues they will brush it off and say “oh the maids are usually great”, truthfully the room looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since the hotel originally opened. Definitely not a clean or safe environment."

"My stay was good except for the bathroom shower and the floors . We stayed in room 314 and the shower had mold all around the bottom & the floors were very dirty ."

"Check in time is 4pm, we showed up at 3:50pm to be told the room wasn’t available yet. The front desk staff were rude and dismissive. We weren’t able to get our room until 5:21pm."

"Everything in the room felt damp and the room smelled like mold. Our stay was nonrefundable but we ended up leaving anyway. Absolutely horrible."
