"The only complaint was that the bathroom sink kept plugging up it would drain very slowly.i called front desk after 45 minutes no engineer and sink had drain but continue to plug as we used it i didn't report it anymore. Other than that stay was great 👍 "

"One of the biggest selling points for us was how close it is to the parks — it’s about a 10-minute walk from the hotel to the front gates. When you’re traveling with a toddler and all the gear that comes with that, proximity really matters, and this location made getting to and from the parks much easier. We reserved a room with a king bed, and when we walked in we were pleasantly surprised by how large the room was. The extra space ended up being incredibly helpful for our family of three. Traveling with a toddler means bringing a lot of extras — a pack-n-play, stroller, bags, snacks, and all the little accessories that seem to multiply when you’re away from home. Having a spacious room meant we could comfortably set up the pack-n-play for our son while still having plenty of room to move around without feeling cramped. It made a big difference compared to some hotel rooms where everything feels squeezed together. Our room was located on the bottom floor near the stairs. At first, I was a little concerned about the location because it was also close to the main entrance to the hotel. I was worried we might hear people constantly going up and down the stairs or coming in and out of the building, especially early in the morning or late at night. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case at all. The room was actually very quiet during our stay. We didn’t notice much "

"Our stay at the Tropicana was very good. The room we stayed in had 2 queen beds. Not a lot of room aside from the furniture but, it was fine for the amount of time spent in the room. The staff are very friendly. The bedding and surfaces were clean. The only issue we had with cleanliness was the carpet. I put on light colored socks that I had never worn before and after walking around a bit on the carpet, they were noticeably dirty. I guess direct access to the outdoors may cause that but, it was a bit disappointing. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and you can't ask for a much better location. We had an adjoining room and we could easily hear our neighbors. We could also hear the plumbing, footsteps and others using their washroom. The mini fridge was excellent and kept our beverages nice and cold and the microwave worked perfectly. The room had plenty of outlets but, none had built in USB so, be sure to bring adapters. The beds are a bit hard but, overall, the room was good and comfortable and I would stay there again."

"The main water line broke and we didn’t have water in our room for almost 2 days. They did tell us that they would refund us for the night we didn’t have water but we opted to stay another night for free. They could have been better at notifying us of the problem instead of staying silent but in the end they did better the situation "

"Rooms are basic but generally clean. No bugs. Very dated buildings and rooms. Everything is old and very worn. Extremely slow service at the front “California” deli which is essentially the only place on property to get a cup of coffee or bottle of water. Gated lot charges 25 per day. Generally friendly but slow staff. "

"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We were on a road trip and stopped in the area because I’ve never been to Disney. It was my first time at the park, and it was great to be in walking distance. Room was very comfortable for us (3 people), and price was very very fair. Would stay here again!"
