"We have stayed at Sonesta multi days twice in last month. Really impressed both times, very clean, good breakfast, nice happy hour, and the location is perfect for me as a patient at Mayo Clinic. I’m sure we will be back. "

"Laura and Vanessa at the Front Desk were customer-friendly and made check-in and out a breeze. Wonderful smiling faces which is desperately needed this day and age in the hospitality industry. Hotel is very aged and smells like a nursing home. Room was relatively quiet but the bed and linens are similar to a Super 8 / Motel 6. The property is very nice (grass, trees, parking lot well put) and in a great part of the city, but there are also homeless people in the parking lot if that concerns you. I’m sure they’re harmless and they didn’t bother me. "

"Lance was extremely responsive, accommodating to a last-minute request, and very friendly. The house is absolutely stunning, and our family loved the layout—especially the split master bedrooms and the plenty of extra space for everyone who came into town for our reunion. The backyard and pool/hot tub area were top-notch, with plenty of games and activities for everyone to enjoy. We only wish we had more time to stay and fully enjoy the home, but we look forward to booking again in the future!"
