"I got to the hotel earlier than the published check in time but my room was ready and I was able to get into the room.
Room was clean and well furnished. Bed was very comfortable.
I stayed for 5 days and the towels were changed everyday, although the bed wasn't made during my stay.
The hotel staff were excellent - I had issue connecting to the WiFi and a very helpful member of staff helped me.
5 mins walk away is the City Green and there are plenty of bars and cafes around the Green area.
As expected in any major city, there are homeless people (mostly in the City Green) and there are the usual ASB issues in relation to that.
