「All though advertised to include a twin bed, that was not the case. Instead there was a pullout couch that had a broken mechanism sticking out (possibly endangering anyone trying to use it). Linens for the pullout were waded up and cleanliness appeared questionable. We chose to abandon our stay.」

「We came in for my family reunion at chesnut ridge. Jyl was awesome at communication and the place was in a beautiful setting felt safe for kids to be out and about. A plus was my sisters family stayed right next to us so that was very fun for all of us!! Great stay location to get to EA, nlNiagara Falls etc and people! Thank you for everything! The Crosby family (drove in from Minnesota)」

「Wonderful accommodation with spacious kitchen and sitting area. Loved the location adjacent to the blueberry tree farm and the dog bar restaurant.」

「It was great!」

「Great place to stay」

「Amazing property. Everything ran smoothly and we loved every minute of being there. Hot tub was nice and clean, as was the rest of the property.」

「Cute and cozy. Host did a great job communicating. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Very satisfied with the overall experience of my stay, Chad was very kind and helpful with info. Communication from booking to leaving. I would definitely recommend staying here if anyone visiting the buffalo area.」

「Was only there for over night stay. Comfortable」

「Great unit for the price! Unit was clean and comfortable. The back bedroom does not have its own AC unit so if you’re someone who likes it VERY cold at night that may be an issue. (the other bedroom and the main room do have their own units). You need to pay attention to the spout in the shower if you have a younger child. Can get hot very quickly. Did not have much interaction with the host. Nice, safe location. Would stay again.」

「This is an awesome property. The photos in the listing are pretty accurate. Even my dog loved the place. Robert was fantastic at responding to my messages. Located close enough to everything, yet secluded enough to leave the world behind.」

「A very clean, pleasant space with attention to detail! The furnishings were perfect for the space, especially loved the comfy recliners. It was a great place for the 2 of us, we only stayed one night as we were passing through town but we would have loved to stay a few more just to relax .」

「Not for seniors or children」
