Sage Meadow

The property was situated well for visiting both Zion and Bryce Canyon parks. The hosts were gracious and accommodating. The motif of the spacious home was suited to the area. The 4 king beds were much appreciated!

Zion Vacation

We had an amazing time and the home was ideal for our family. We could t have picked a better place to stay for all the important reasons - location, comfort, price, amenities, and design! It was awesome!!!!

Sage Meadow Retreat

Our extended family of 9 spent a week at Sage Meadow. We were greeted with an extremely clean and beautiful home. The 5 bedrooms and 5 baths were perfect for our family The owners checked immediately to see if we needed anything and were always available if we had questions We have stayed in many Vrbo but this was one of the very nicest

Best house we've ever stayed in!

I think that, as a family, we have stayed in over 30 VRBO (and others) over the years. By far, this is the nicest place we've stayed. By far! Alex and Vanessa have a lovely home, and have fitted it with remarkable amenities. Every listing says "fully stocked kitchen;" but they never quite are, are they? This one is! The "app" they have built for communicating, explaining, and guiding is terrific. Their communication with us from first contact through the rental itself, including checking on us during the week, was wonderful. We unfortunately needed a first aid kit -- the one that they had there for us was phenomenal. Extra propane tanks for the grill. Full supply of soaps, dishwashing detergent, coffees, you name it. It was roughly midway between Zion and Bryce (a few minutes closer to Zion), and somewhat remote, but ideally located to see the things we wanted to see. Between the terrific house, the amenities they have in place, their attention to detail, and their personal attention and responsiveness, this was a phenomenal experience. If we ever return to the area, I would 100% stay at Sage Meadow Retreat again, and that sentiment was echoed by all members of my family (10 of us, ages 21 - 60). Alex & Vanessa -- thank you, and congratulations on what you've done there! Many try; you've succeeded!
