Our spacious and clean room with incredibly comfortable bedding and pillows had huge windows and a balcony that overlooked the pool, vineyards and the sea! The view was breathtaking! 「This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction...

「I tired to communicate with the property 2 days before my stay to coordínate transportation to hotel and there was no answer. Manager said they didn’t recibe my emails. Phone number on the webpage of the hotel is not working because I also tried contacting them. I stay es in pooring rain for two hours, a local gentlemen took me to the hotel, if not I would’ve had to walk from port to hotel in a rain y day. 「Diese Unterbringung und der Ort eignen sich nur für Eltern mit Kleinkindern. 5 km links und rechts vom Hotel aus nur Strasse und verbaute Strände. Keine Möglichkeit am Wasser spazieren zu gehen. Wenig vorhandene Gastro unterirdisch. Selbst Rentner, die vermeintlich Ruhe suchen, sollten diesen Ort meiden. Bis wohin vernünftiges in der Gegend mindestens 30 min mit dem Auto. Frühstück mässig befriedigend.」

「The bedroom was spacious and we also had a lovely balcony with views down to the harbour. We were met by our host on arrival and he showed us on a map some places to see in the national park. Due to ferry times, we arrived before the normal check-in time but our room was still ready which was appreciated. The bed was a bit soft but we still managed to sleep well. Manque de transparence inquietant. Le reste du séjour était bien, les piscines et la plage étaient bien entretenues et agréables 」
