「Myself and kid were so surprised and excited to have a wonderful Amercian style night！」

「We enjoyed this little gem of a place. The beach access is sublime, the room was clean and comfortable. We will be back at some point. The staff were all very nice and helpful when we ran into some hiccups as well. Good job folks!」

「Our room was well equipped with everything needed during our stay. Katie at the front desk was amazing, she gave us some tips on what to do along the coast which gave us an added layer of confidence to explore. The location is very close to the beach and within walking distance to shops, coffee, and restaurants.」

「I booked through Expedia. It then went through a 3rd party rental agency. (Vrbo). The host kept trying to communicate through Vrbo which required their app which I didn't have. Made for difficult communication process」

The amount of detail everywhere you look was amazing. The time and effort put into our conductors cabin, had us in awe. You guys are legendary for what you’ve accomplished there. 「Nice room great view of the bay and Newport Bridge」

「At first, I was hesitant after reading previous reviews of this property. After staying for 2 days, I was glad I didn’t pay attention to them. Yes, the facility is on the older size, but it definitely gives you a rustic feel to it. The view is amazing. Seeing the beach so close and the sunset was breathtaking. Access to the beach was just a short drive or a walk around the corner. I love the fact that it has a working fireplace. We utilized it during our stay and it definitely was a vibe. The...
