My wife and I stayed here for a week, arriving on the 9 March. Antonio was really good at keeping in touch throughout the booking process. We were greeted by Jose and Angelina who were both very welcoming and showed us around everything the house and garden had to offer. We especially loved all the fresh citrus fruit and herbs - made a nice change from what we are able to grow back home in Manchester! The homemade wine and olive oil was also a really lovely touch.
The villa itself is really well equipped and was perfect for the two of us but there is plenty of space for a bigger group too. The wood burner was a great feature as the nights can be a bit chilly on the hillside even though we were lucky to have warm weather for our entire stay.
The town itself is in easy walking distance and makes an ideal base for a relaxing stay - plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, plus the church in the centre of town is really picturesque. It's also ideally located for sightseeing in Granada etc. We used it as a base for exploring the Sierra Nevada on our bikes and it was perfect for that - so many great, quiet roads and not a pothole in sight!
We have already made plans to come back again, perhaps in late summer/early autumn. Thank you so much to Antonio, Jose and Angelina for making our stay so relaxing.
