Amazing Sea Views, Front Line To The Sea!


El Mirador is a fully registered (VT-443789-A ) apartment which has two bedrooms, one double & one twin. There is a full bathroom with shower over bath and a second walk-in large shower room. The lounge / diner opens onto the south-facing balcony with amazing sea views.
There is a community pool, secure parking, shared roof terrace with brick built BBQ.
The apartment has lift access and is wheelchair friendly.
There is a safe for use by guests.
Facilities include Satellite T.V. incorporating a wide choice of channels in variuos languages and Free Wi-Fi. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and fans for the lounge.
The apartment block offers its own bars/restaurant overlooking the sea on the ground floor. Very handy for breakfasts and one of the best Spanish restaurants in Cabo Roig!
Nearby facilities include restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, banks, Internet cafes - all within easy walking distance. A Health-Centre, which also deals with emergencies, is located opposite the rear of the apartment building. There is also an excellent pharmacy close by. On Thursdays the local market is held right outside with fresh local produce on your doorstep.

Very nice clean appartment with everything what you need for great holidays. Nearby sandy beach is like private beach, not crowded and with clean water. The bigger beach with the kids castle and other entertainment is only 15 mins walk . The supermarket and the big pharmacy are not too far, may be 5 min walk. Ground floor restaurants are not noisy at all, I worried about this, but they closed at 11ish... Thank you for welcoming pack. We enjoyed our stay and had great time there.

We had a wonderful holiday here with the whole family. The property offers a stunning view and is perfectly located with short walking distance to everything we needed – shops, restaurants, and the beach. Absolutely fantastic place, better than we expected and the view from the balcony is fantastic.There’s a market every Thursday morning till 2pm that sells everything from rotisserie chicken to sun hats. The bars and restaurants are literally a two minute walk from the apartment and there is a Spanish restaurant directly beneath it, add that to the Marinasol and you really have everything literally on your doorstep. There was a welcome pack when we arrived quite late which was a godsend.

This property had everything you could possibly need and was in a perfect location.Convient for bars, restaurants, supermarket etc.It was good value for money and I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Cabo roig.

We loved the location of this apartment and the views were great. Everything you could possibly need is in this apartment, it really was like a home from home. The location was great with good coastal walks on your doorstep. The restaurant below was great value and good food as were many bars/restaurants within walking distance. We would love to return x

Tiene todo lo indispensable para una estancia agradable incluido accesorios como sillas, palas, sombrillas para usar en la piscina y la playa. Great apartment, great views, great location!

What a fantastic week we have just had. Communication excellent from the moment we booked, and easy access to apartment on arrival. Apartment clean and perfect size for the 3 of us - air con in both bedrooms helped the warmer nights. View from balcony was lovely and as described - we spent many hours sitting there people watching and looking out over the sea. Although directly above bars and restaurants we were not disturbed at night and enjoyed the low chatter in the background. With doors closed there was no noise from below at all! Must also mention the Marinasol restaurant under the apartment block - great food, great friendly service - we went every breakfast and evening, no need to go anywhere else, although lots of choice if you want it! Our son is autistic - for those with a similar disability this is a great place to grow! Unusual for us but we will definitely return!

we stayed at this apartment a few years and it was superb then and it still is! We love the location and views even though, as others have said, sometimes noise can be heard from the bars below. However, people's laughter and banter is not the worst noise in the world so it didn't bother us at all. the apartment has everything you need and for a relaxed holiday and there was even a small welcome pack which was greatly appreciated.... no doubt we'll be back!
