This modern newly built apartment is situated in Orihuela Costa on the Costa Blanca, within a gated complex with a beautiful pool and various other facilities in the Villa Martin area. It is close to Villa Martin Plaza and many amenities, golf courses, and stunning beaches. Everything is reachable within 10 minutes by car, and golf courses are nearby.



The apartment accommodates 4 people; a 5th person is possible thanks to a triple bunk bed. There are 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom features a double bed with a comfortable mattress and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with comfortable mattresses. A baby bed and high chair can be rented for an extra fee.



The apartment is on the ground floor with a spacious garden and pool view, ideal for families with children. The garden is equipped with sun loungers, a lounge set, and a dining table.



Air conditioning (hot and cold) and internet are available. Free Wi-Fi is provided. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped.



Both the living room and the bedrooms offer access to the terrace with a spacious garden, located by the poolside.



We do not rent to groups of young people or to persons under 25 years old. Smoking is not allowed.
