Great property in a great location

Property had everything you could possibly need and was very clean. There were plenty of towels and a range of sun beds, chairs and parasols too. The pool area was spotless too and very quiet.

Ideal stay

Really lovely apartment that is equipped with everything that would be needed and more! Very spacious inside as well as a big balcony. Great pool area and great location with everything in walking distance

Clean and Comfortable

Modern, clean and comfortable apartment located on a gated complex. The complex is immaculately kept and like a mini Oasis. Location good for shopping food and drinks. Recommended as a place to stay.

Fab Location

Lovely modern apartment, great location, and spotlessly clean. Had a great stay and would book again. Would recommend a microwave though, but other than that was fab !!!!

Brilliant location, in modern apartment complex

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in December 2023, with the villa comfortably accommodating 2 adults and 2 small children with everything we needed for a holiday. The apartment is located close to shops and only a very short drive to the beach

The perfect holiday for us!

Our family of 4 had a perfect week in this apartment. We enjoyed it very much! It was easy to book and easy to find. The location was for us perfect since we could walk to shopping and to the beach. Cleaning was good, balcony was nice and the swimmingpool area was very good. All over, we are so happy with our choice. We recommend it!

Lovely spacious clean modern apartment Beautiful surroundings with garden and pool areas huge shopping mall 2 streets behind and a mercadona store a few mins walk away Bars restaurants and cafes close by you can walk to sun on the terrace all morning till afternoon everything you need in the apartment hairdryer straighteners etc coffee machine toaster kettle and washing machine lots of space storage we loved it and the area cannot recommend enough

La Zenia Beach

The property was wonderful. It had everything you need for your stay. Lots of towels and a super well equipped kitchen. A lovely balcony overlooking the pool and a lift to take you up and down. The lift was very handy when taking the sun beds down to the pool as was the shopping cart for carrying our purchases home from the nearby Marcsdona. We had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Excellent apartment

Just home from a week in this apartment. Stayed mid July 2023. This apartment has everything you could possibly need for a fabulous break away. Spotlessly clean, great location. The beach is a little walk away but very manageable. Really cannot recommend this place enough. Beautiful pool and owner and proper manager were excellent to deal with. Accommodated us with an early check in which was much appreciated. Will be back.

Stunning apartment

I can't fault the apartment it was stunning. The area wasn't for us but that's just choice. Sun in the morning on balcony until early afternoon & a very quiet, peaceful secure space. Overall very good & communication with owner was extremely good. Found the apartment with no problems as given very good instructions.

Having been coming to villamartin for some 20 years this is the first time we have used a modern build apartment, we found the apartment very spacious and well equipped for our needs, very good air conditioning and modern furnishings, the pool areas was excellent and well maintained and a life guard,overall we had an excellent stay and would consider a rebook, just a note for Dimitri is to consider an upgrade to 4 slice toaster and a microwave

Great golftrip

We rented this apartment with two friends so we both had our own bedroom and bathroom. Very nice, clean and more than enough basics available like towels. Location is close to bars and restaurants, max 10 minutes walk. We did not walk to the beach, probable that's a 10 mins extra. We were in the region to play golf for 3 days so we cannot say anything about the surroundings, but the golf courses were great and close! Thanks Dimitri for letting us stay in your house!

Beautiful, Spacious and Great Communication

The apartment was clean, beautiful, well equipped and well situated. The communication with Dimitri was exceptional- quick response time, and he was very warm and flexible with our situation. The key holder did not meet us, which caused some concern; but we were able to figure out where the gate was - farther down the road than we expected- and all worked out well. The key holder also was quick to respond to Dimitri's requests on our behalf. We loved the apartment and our time in La Zenia. Thanks so much for a great experience.

Holiday with friends

Myself, my husband and two friends booked this apartment, not the cheapest by any means, however location was good. The apartment was not suitable for two couples even though two single beds can be pushed together the shower room and toilet are off the kitchen in the main living area with no privacy. The apartment itself was modern and clean with the pool area very impressive however day one my friend stepped into the pool at 10am to paddle and was shouted at very abruptly and loudly across the whole pool area. My husband confronted the pool/gardener and pointed out that was no way to speak to anyone especially a woman. No apology and walked off, really rude and ignorant and spoilt day one and put us off staying around the pool. Too many other rules. Old towels and bedding require to be upgraded. Won't be back.

Die Wohnung ist eine schöne Sommerwohnung für junge Leute, sehr schattig und modern. Als Winterwohnung für ältere Leute war es ziemlich unbequem. Es gab keine vernünftigen Stühle, nur hohe Barhocker, die Rollläden waren sehr schwergängig, der Empfang von deutschen TV-Sendern sehr instabil.Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut, er war auch sehr entgegenkommend.Leider wurden weder dem Vermieter noch uns als Mieter längere lärm- und staubintensive Bauarbeiten zur Sanierung der Poolanlage angekündigt.
