It is a 5 to 10 minutes walk to the nearest bars and restaurants and a 5 minutes drive to the nearest supermarkets.
The nearest beach is a 5 minute drive away. For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.
The Space:
There is a double bedroom and 2 single beds upstairs and one bedroom with 2 single beds downstairs. The family bathroom has a walk in shower. Downstairs there is a walk in shower and toilet.
The Neighborhood:
There are bus services to Torrevieja, Alicante and Cartagena
There is one of the largest shopping malls in Europe a 20 minute walk away - Zenia Boulevard . Where there are shops, bars & restaurents, bowling alley, casino and supermarket.
In Torrevieja, there is a lovely promenade to walk along with bars and restaurants, night market in summer season and water park. There is also a cinema with both Spanish and English films, close by to a bowling alley.
There are many different beaches within a 10 minute drive to enjoy the Spanish sunshine.

A car is recommended.

Check in is from 16:00 and check out is 11:00.
Please be aware that any arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00 are subject to a late meet and greet fee of 35€ which is paid locally upon arrival.
