The floor inside the building had many levels going into the rooms; that made it unsafe For Seniors Like us.

Disappointed in "basic" room. Small, dark, without exterior windows, hot and stuffy even in November, no air conditioning, fan only. Location is great.

Staff was very friendly. Facilities were very clean and nice. Breakfast available was great! There are no looks or towel racks in the bathroom. No glasses or cups for brushing teeth. One employee offered to look for some, but never did. The next day a second employee did procure us a glass. Overall very good, friendly and professional service.

It was very convenient to the center where you can find different activities to do. Al though, my family who i made the reservation for, informed me that it was hot and needed ventilation. They said that the room was lready hot the minute they opened the door and only a fan was provided which did not help much to cool it off. Other than that they said that they liked the rooms.

The room was very clean and staff was considerate. Excellent value for the money. On the bad side, the hot water was pretty slow. And internet connectivity was bad many times. However, am planning to stay again there in the next trip.

Everything was good except in the room was not a curtain an sunlight prevents me to wake up late other than that very good, no air conditioning.

The property is in a great location to walk around. The cablecar up the mountain a bout 4 easy blocks away. The is a large park across the street is active but not loud and noisy. Plenty of restaurants in the area and places to see. River walk with zoo type animals is close by too. The hotel restaurant was good. Not fancy but clean. I had an inside room. The room does not have AC or a ceiling fan. There was an interior window for fresh air. The hotel was priced right. The hotel is in a safe area, but the town seems like a safe area too.

Nos gustó la ubicación, aún que se encuentra justo frente a la Alameda, y el precio, para ser un hotel de tres estrellas. El interior del hotel parece un laberinto. No tienen aire acondicionado, sólo ponen un ventilador de pie. Nosotros teníamos balcón a la calle (2do piso) que obviamente abrimos las puertas, pero notamos unos mosquitos raros, por lo que mejor las cerramos, y aún así las en las camas se veían esos mosquitos o palomillas. :/ Aprendizaje: LBSC.

el hotel esta super bien pequeño pero muy limpio la actitud de la persona que me registro muy apatica y el estacionamiento queda en la parte de atras del hotel entonces tienes que rodear la calle para llegar

Buen lugar, buena ubicación. Habitación pequeña pero sirve para lo que es. Baño demasiado pequeño. El servicio estuvo excelente de parte del personal. Lo recomiendo.
