“We were very lucky because both times we parked at the hotel, we got one of the 2 slots in front of the hotel, so we didn't have to try and find the additional parking lot, but the staff did give us a map to find it. If you want room service ordered through your TV then stay away. Sensational breakfast (that can also serve as lunch and beyond). Our second visit since 2022, the hotel holds a special place in our lives.”

“Couldn’t ask for a better location - easy and short walks to every thing in Kirkwall. Host was very helpful, good communication. Mattress sunk in the center, couch ( a fold away bed) was not comfortable for sitting.”
