Great staff including reception, Laguna breakfast staff, Genetor staff… Room cleanliness could be better as seeing your front desk and garden.. Kids loved to stay and looking forward to come back again and refer friends!!! Thank you for good hospitality!!

check i was excelloent but service afterwards was not good. got no towels or making beds on friday. mentioned few times hair conditioner it was not replenised. tried room service once to order food no one picked the food.
