Very bad place to stay won’t recommend this place to any one google review coming soon with pictures
This place is really bad to stay
Full of bags
I won’t recommend this place to any one
Here is what happen
The master bedroom & second bedroom
Beds was full of black bags
First day of the check in we saw some small black bugs we ignore them and kill them second day wen we woke up I fell it something was crowding on my neck I saw couple black bugs again I pull the pillow out I saw bounch of black bugs all over the pillow blankets and sheets I notified the front desk they tell us they going to move us to a different room but they don’t let us take our stuff with us witch is our luggage so we stay 2 days with the same clothes pest control company tell us they steam our clothes and luggage something that never happen or do for us
We have to wash all our clothes our selfs and disinfect our luggages my son got bit all over he’s face neck back security want me to take a picture and send it to them but I never heard back from them when dlthey move us to the new room I tell them if they can give us water and toothpaste since all our stuff they stay on the other room they tell me that they don’t have any or is not the job to give that to us communication with this company was very bad of there part on top of that don’t even butter to give us some type of discount or compensation or apologies
