Great getaway

Roomy home for our family. Kids loved the pool and game room. Two refrigerators and two dishwashers were very useful. Quiet and safe neighborhood to go for a walk. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice place

Overall great option for large group. We have 14 guys overall. Plenty of space, plenty of rooms, plenty of bathrooms. No issues, check in prices explained clearly. Neighborhood was nice. Walmart/Publix within 5 miles for shopping/groceries. Great experience for my guys, everyone enjoyed.

Nice roomy house with lots of bathrooms and nice pool and deck. Game room is cool but lots of video machines and other games are broke. House needs some maintenance as there are several things that are broken, dented, needs painting or other repair.

Great Space

Rented this home for an annual golf trip with friends. Loved the number of bedrooms and baths, two refrigerators, two dishwashers - great accommodations for a large group (we had 9 guys). The management company was superb. Had a few issues that needed attention; their response was quick and took care of things. Kyle was great to work with! Hope we can rent this home again.

Golf Bachelor Party Weekend

When we arrived at the house the A/C wasn't working on the first floor. We immediately contacted the property management team. They were responsive and fixed it right away. We had a great time at the house (Pool, Entertainment area, Game room, etc.) were all great! The only negative (if any) was traffic around the area due to Disney World. However, that's expected. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Housing Fair/Family Time Amazing

Property needs some touch ups: Pool not cleaned properly, palm trees need trimming, oven not clean, upstairs ac performed poorly; patio, pool area, kitchen, and front entrance need a deep cleaning. The young adults did not use the pool because it had visible sand and other debris on the pool floor indicating that it had not been cleaned, disappointing! The hockey puck for the air hockey table could not be found. We enjoyed our time with family, large house with space for all!

We loved everything about our stay. There were a few things such as lights that didn’t work in bathrooms, and the heat didn’t work on the hot tub but the owners were very accommodating with this. My family loved all staying together and the location worked out great! Very spacious!

Great Place To Stay

Our volleyball team stayed here. It was a really nice place to stay that accommodated everybody. Having a bathroom in every bathroom was fantastic. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect home for a family vacation

Perfect week with family at this lovely home. The house had everything we needed for meals, sleep, playing, relaxing, and laundry. Having two refrigerators and two dishwashers was a plus! We ate most of our meals at home.The house was very clean -- which is so important! Everyone enjoyed the game room and the pool. We will be back!

This cardinal and his wife visited us every day.
After the pool, we'd often drip dry in the area under cover with nice chairs and a table.
The beds were comfortable!

Beautiful home

We stayed for my parents 62nd anniversary. The home is perfect for large groups. Everyone has their own space. Home is large and spacious. Enjoyed our time here tremendously.
