Roach infested

We checked into this property the front door knob fell off. We left our lunch to on the kitchen counter to go wash our hands and we returned to roaches all over the bags. The entire home was roach infested. We could not enjoy the pool because ants were all over the outside pool area. Every room had a television but only 2 of them worked. A complete waste of our week and money because we could not relax in this home.
