Clubhouse and pool (lazy river) was awesome and there was a free shuttle to and from for free.Gate security was inconsistent. Had some trouble with master bath sink not draining, took maintenance 3 days to come fix. Nice size home, furniture a little different than in pictures but ample. About 10 min drive to Magic Kingdom from home. Pleanty of parking nearby. Be sure to purchase or bring any salt, pepper or spices you may need for kitchen.

Great place, quite and clean. We came to town for a trade show and it was roomy enough for all. Didn't get a chance to try out any of the amenities, but we would defintely stay here again.

Awesome place for families

This place was absolutely perfect for our trip. It felt safe, clean and was very convenient to shops and stores. We've been to Orlando multiple times and usually stay at the same place, but needed something bigger this year. The private pool was perfect for when we didn't have a lot of time to swim and the kids just wanted to play. And the community pool was perfect for the other times when we had more time to relax. We will definitely stay here again and recommend!

Good value and lots of space

This home has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, my family of 6 enjoyed the space. Check in was easy and the guard stand has 24 hour service which was nice when our flight was severely delayed. They provide a starter pack of supplies: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 kitchen trash bag, 1 dishwasher pod, 1 laundry detergent pod, etc.

Couples trip

I had to book at the last minute and I really appreciate the accommodations at the last minute. Everything was as it was described the 4 couples really enjoyed the location close to everything.

Excellent property and location.

This property was so lovely, safe and close to all the amenities that we wanted. Disney parks were 10mins and less drive. I loved this place and will definitely use here again. My family and I spent 10 days here and it was excellent. A home away from home.

False expectations

At the end of my staying i receive a email asking a 5 start review and i was going to get s starbucks card in reward, and now i understand why so many good reviews, but omg this is the second time we stayed in the same neighborhood for volleyball tournament, this house is so dirty, furniture old ripping the dining bench is broken and they try to fixed instead of changing it and is so dangerous to sit there, towels oh please bring your own towels, dryer machine cycle doesn't stop so be extra careful cause it can be drying all day or all night, is not worth the cost, be careful renting this property, location is excellent but thats it.

I enjoyed the stay it was very nice . The house was beautiful..me and my family felt like we was at home.I will highly recommend anyone who's going down to Florida to rent the home I stayed in . Perfect! Perfect! Perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at our little home away from home for two weeks. It was a beautiful home that was well furnished and very comfortable for everyone. Perfect location to Disney and ESPN while we stayed there for the cheerleading worlds and the summit. Home had everything we needed and more! We will definitely stay here on our return. For reference, we are a family of five, our children ranging from ages 11, 12 and 16. We had my parents staying with us and my mother-in-law as well. Everyone had their own space it was perfect!

House was big enough for our family and the kids loved the pool. Beds need to be updated they were hard and not very comfortable but I guess everyone has different likes when it comes to beds. 1 extra garbage bag is not enough for a family and extra toilet paper would be nice too but overall it was a nice home and our family had a great time while visiting.

Wonderful

The staff at the Guard building are amazing! The entire staff is great! The home was beautiful and very clean other than the bathtub in the king mater bedrooms. There was a lot of hair let in the showers. But again other than that it was an amazing experience.

Overall great stay!

Loved staying at this property, the host was very helpful and responsive. Location was great, close to the parks and shopping. Felt the cleaning process could of been a little better (living room rug needed a vacuum and some food crumbs left on dinning room seats) but overall a very enjoyable stay. Would stay here again.

Roomy, Clean, Quiet

Our extended family of eight enjoyed our stay in this house. We stayed the week before Christmas, and the neighborhood was not over-crowded and was very quiet. It took us 15-20 minutes to drive to the Disney property. The bathrooms were very clean (and we loved having so many of them!). The house had a large water heater, so we never ran out of hot water for showers. There were plenty of mugs for us to use in the kitchen, and there were plenty of extra towels and blankets in the house. We did notice that the pool was very small, especially for a house that sleeps so many guests. We did not use the pool, but if you are planning to spend a lot of time swimming on vacation, it may help you to know that there's not room for very many people to do any active swimming together. The decor was simple and tasteful. The property does not have its own private driveway, and we were not allowed to park on the street overnight, but there is a large parking lot just across the street from the house, and we were able to park on the street to load and unload. The check-in and check-out processes went very smoothly, including obtaining a parking pass at the main gate entrance. We would definitely stay at this property again!
