Two king bedrooms and a twin room sleep 6 in 2,097 sq ft, with room for a family or two couples traveling together. You are about 6 miles from Universal Orlando, 3 from SeaWorld and 2 from the Convention Center, and a Publix supermarket is a 14-minute walk away. The condo has a private balcony, a full kitchen with granite counters, and its own washer and dryer. Vista Cay Resort is gated, with a clubhouse pool, hot tub, fitness center, game room and movie theater.

THE CONDO
The condo is on the second floor, and the building has an elevator. A private balcony opens off the living area.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the second bathroom. There are flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms.

KITCHEN AND LIVING
The living area has a 42-inch flat-screen TV. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counters, with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. A den off the living area has a desk for laptop work and a second sofa. Wi-Fi is included, and the condo has its own washer and dryer.

GETTING IN
You let yourselves in with a private door code, sent with your Arrival Instructions. Vista Cay is gated; the gate code is in the same email.

VISTA CAY RESORT
Vista Cay is a gated resort beside a lake. The clubhouse has a pool, a hot tub, a fitness center, a game room and a movie theater, all included in your stay. The clubhouse is run by the resort, and its opening hours can change.

GOOD TO KNOW
- This is a condo in a resort, so there is no private pool. The clubhouse pool and hot tub are shared with other resort guests.
- You arrive to a starter supply of coffee, soap, shampoo and conditioner, dishwasher tabs, laundry pods, trash bags and bathroom tissue. For a longer stay you will want to top these up.
- Smoking is allowed outside only.
