Best Rental Property Ever!!!!

One of the best VRBO home I rented in years. The house was so clean and look exactly like what was pictured. The best part was the owner of the home she communicated with me through out the whole weekend to make sure I was enjoying my stay and everything was perfect. Most owner don’t do that at all so I appreciate her for doing that. When we come back to Orlando Florida this home will definitely be the one we choose from now on.

Perfect find

This was a beautiful house with plenty of room for my entire family and a friend. The lay out allowed some of us to get up early for the runs at disney without waking up anyone who wasn't coming. It was only about a 20 minute drive to Disney and Seaworld (we did not do Universal) with easy access to 192 and 4. Neha was very responsive from the messages via VRBO chat to calling before we left to texting the entire time we were there. She was very quick with responses as well and super sweet. Due to the many things we were celebrating we were greeted with a nice surprise in the freezer (an ice cream cake) which did not go to waste. She also responded right away with the very minor things we found were not as clean as expected and said she'll talk with the cleaning company to be sure it does not occur again. All and all it was a big, beautiful, amazing place to stay that was close to all we went to and we would gladly stay again!!

Definitely Worth a Second Stay

This property provided a comfortable and perfect getaway environment for our group of senior ladies. The home was exactly as it appeared on the VRBO website. The main level bedroom and private bath was a great benefit for those not wishing to navigate the stairs. Basic toiletries and toilet tissue in each bathroom, and ample coat hangers in the closets. In the kitchen was a small welcome bag of 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, liquid dish soap and sponge. If you are planning to cook, bring items such as salt/pepper, foil, plastic wrap, etc. plus your food. Otherwise the kitchen is very well furnished with good quality utensils, place settings of dishes and glassware for adults and children over age 3. Note to the owners: The queen bed in the upstairs “palms” bedroom appears to be damaged. One side of the bed has a dip in it as if two or more springs have given way.

House and pool are great!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was very responsive and courteous she really should get rid of the company that manages the property because they never responded. All of the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and my family enjoyed everything. The only advice I would give to the owner is to provide more wash cloths there were only 4 total but luckily I always travel with my own towels. I would definitely stay there again!

Hidden Gem!

We looked at multiple properties and were not familiar with the locations, but this one was perfect! Close to shops and things to do other than Disney. The neighborhood was great, quiet and respectful neighbors knowing that quite time started at 10pm. The house- WOW. Super clean, plenty of space for the kids to hang out upstairs and the adults relax downstairs. The pool was perfect to have just steps out of the back door and the description of waking up to the Rooster crowing every morning was hilariously accurate. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were large and each one had its own bathroom. It was a little farther away from Universal than we anticipated, but we blame that on the Traffic since we were there during a big holiday weekend. The communication with the property owner was unreal. She called prior to check in, texted to make sure all our party got there safely and made sure we knew to reach out to her or the property manager anytime. I would book this property again and we are so happy that we had a great place to call home base while we were in town.

Outstanding!!!

By far the cleanest property we’ve stayed at, and beautifully decorated. The property owner was delightful to deal with and answered all our questions or concerns; amd stayed in touch throughout our stay to ensure we did not have any issues. We absolutely loved this property.
