With almost 1500sqft of air-conditioned tiled living areas, fast Wi-Fi, a private screened pool (Not Heated), covered lanai and double garage. This rental property offers everything and more for guests visiting the area. Unlike many Florida villas, the garden and pool area are fully fenced for extra privacy. This ensures that you are not overlooked when using the screened private pool. Indian Wells is the most central of the villa communities, located within Lake Buena Vista and all but borders Walt Disney World. With such a prime location and run by very experienced owners, this Florida villa makes the perfect base when visiting Orlando and the Disney area. The spacious air-conditioned vacation villa has a vaulted ceiling, is very homely, with tiled living areas. Houe is fully furnished. With a big television (streaming only: Free Live TV Channels, or you can stream your own subscriptions such as Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc...) in the Living Room.

Whether catering for the family or a quiet meal for two, the dining area seats six and provides a relaxed and enjoyable environment. There is also a nook table for snacks and breakfast. Access the pool via patio doors. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and electric kettle. Cutlery, pans, and glasses are supplied. Bath and pool towels are provided.

There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer available for your stay. The elegantly furnished master bedroom overlooks the pool and has a huge king size bed, lamps, and television (Roku TV : Streaming only including live TV Channels). There is a large walk-in closet for hanging clothes, along with separate cupboard and drawer space. The en-suite bathroom contains a walk-in shower, WC, dual-sink, hairdryer and space for those essential holiday lotions and toiletries. There is also a second bedroom with queen-sized bed and television (Roku TV, Streaming only), along with a third bedroom with 02 twin beds plus a twin trundle bed and television (Roku TV, Streaming only).

Storage for clothes in closets and cabinets. Located conveniently for these bedrooms is the second bathroom, with a bathtube/shower combo, sink, WC and additional hairdryer.

For infants, pack & play and a high-chair is provided. Furthermore, in accordance with Florida State law, smoking is not permitted in the living and sleeping areas of the villa and guests must abide by this law. Garage was converted in a games room with Foosbal, Air Hockey and Ping Pong, however you can still park up to 02 cars on the driveway
