Host is great, really responsive. Property needs some updates. The he tvs are smart tvs but don’t have access to any of the apps and are controlled by a digital box that only has movies on demand and you have to pay for. Would be great to be able to put your Netflix account and remove once stay is over for example. The beds upstairs are not comfortable, squeaky and firm. Lastly the toilets are small and for the bathroom downstairs that has disability bars in the shower it should also have a toilet size to accommodate those disabilities. We were traveling with an elderly person with mobility issues that could not use that toilet. Place is clean and community is nice but would not stay there again unless these upgrades were made. Hope this helps improve future experiences.

Fantastic option!

Traveling with a group of 7, this villa was a fantastic choice to comfortably accommodate all of us. Two rooms had their own bathrooms, and there was a third bathroom for the other two rooms, which was incredibly convenient.The host was extremely responsive. When we encountered an issue with the AC, a repair technician was promptly sent and resolved the issue the same day. The villa is a really nice place, featuring a beautiful pool and other excellent amenities.While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, I agree with some other reviews that the beds could be more comfortable, and a few more towels would have been appreciated. Additionally, as first-time renters, we weren't initially aware that we needed to supply items like paper towels and toilet paper.All in all, we had a fantastic time. The villa was very clean, conveniently located, and we would stay here again without hesitation.

Nice Place

Family of 6 adults stayed for my daughter’s graduation from UCF. Resprt was nice and always felt safe. Enough room for us to have our own space and never felt like we were tripping over each other. Pool area was fun. Also had a splash pad for the littles and outdoor courts to use. The resort was aways from USF but we knew that going in and was a very easy commute.
Living area- The recliner and couch were super comfy!

Great Stay for Universal Studios Trip

The house and property grounds were as described and pictured. Short trip for a visit to Universal Studios with 4 teenage girls. The house fit our needs perfectly. Only issue was the girls complained of the upstairs being hot but fans were available to help with that. I would book book again of needed.

Great Stay

Our Family really enjoyed our stay here. The gated community was actually secure with guards at the gate. We even were able to see the fireworks from Disney in the evenings. The rooms were nice and clean and there was plenty of room for our teenagers to have their own space as well. I wish we could've stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities, but we will hopefully be back soon.

Perfect accommodations for our family to attend the Citrus Bowl. The entry combination/key does not work well and the mattresses are near the end of their life but everything else was great.

Three day stay

The only complaint that I have is that we were told to empty the garbage but there were no garbage bags in the condo had to purchased them, and only two wash cloths for the three day stay for eight people. Other than those issues we enjoyed staying there
