We whave stayed at this resort the last 3 years and have loved it! This home was just not as great as the others we’ve stayed in. It wasn’t as clean. There was only one towel in each bathroom (guest services brought more). The security alarm on sliding door was broke and never fixed. Out of all the games shown in garage, only ping pong was actually there (had to go get paddles) So disappointed in that false advertising! The movie theater equipment did not work. None of the TVs worked, no batteries in remotes. Guest services did fix that. The water park and resort amenities were amazing as always. Just will not return to this particular home.

Nice community with some small issues

House had Wi-Fi issues on first day and no cable then entire stay. We did get immediate assistance and they ended up coming back the next day for the same issue. It was explained as a community-wide issue due to provider change but overall Encore did attend to our needs. Hot tub wasn’t heating but got started at end of second day. Home has some wear but overall clean. Family had a great time because we enjoyed being together.

No customer service and bed bugs

This resort is terrible. I called about various pieces of my trip I was attempting to organize from Arizona to Florida months in advance. Every single person I talk to you I got a different answer and upon a day of arrival was told something else. Not only did I have issues getting any food delivered to my home there was zero customer service, no amenities were provided, numerous things are broken in the home, and then we found bedbugs. I am still now over a week and a half later waiting on my refund and getting little to no communication from the manager and staff. It was a horrible experience and 10/10 DO NOT recommend.
