Excellent Stay!

We stayed 6 days at this property and we honestly could not find one thing wrong. Very clean and nice. Great kitchen tools which were convenient. Comfortable couches and beds were super comfortable. We look forward to booking this property again.

Great house!

This house is beautiful and spacious. More than enough space for 18 people and the pool was perfect! It was so nice to have 2 full sized refrigerators with so many people. We had a great time! A little disappointed that the house wasn’t ready at 4:00 when we arrived. Once we finally did get in about 4:30, there were no bath or hand towels in most of the bathrooms, no hand soap, no pool towels, and no kitchen towels/dish clothes/ pot holders. Called multiple times and was finally delivered the next day. Other than the rough start, this place will NOT disappoint!!!!!

Beautiful Home

This home was spacious and perfect for our large family. We especially loved the private baths. Two refrigerators were a plus and the pool was nice. WiFi and TV reception was a little off but they were In a transition to a new carrier so understandable. Parking was a little issue with us- may have been better if we could have parked 2 cars in garage. The only negative was the 1 outside trash bin for a home of this size. They say it’s emptied everyday but I don’t think that happened. Highly recommend this home for a large group.

Great facility for a large group, but bring your own supplies

House and pool area are great. Plenty of room! There are NOT plenty of towels or paper products (paper towels, bath tissue, etc.). Plan on a grocery run just after checking in. Two full size refrigerators in the kitchen are excellent for large groups. Nearest Publix and Walmart are ok, but given this is Orlando sorta near Disney, the traffic can be really bad. We booked just a couple weeks prior to our stay, so we had to go to the office first before the house, just so they could get a copy of our ID and credit card. That was over an hour out of the way due to traffic, even though the office is about 5 miles away. Once in the community, it's pretty self sufficient and really great if you don't have to go anywhere. Clubhouse and swim park were a hit with others even though we didn't use them much. You can rent various things too, like golf carts and multi-person bicycle cart-things, which was a hit. Overall, would definitely stay here again, but really wish the check in process was easier if you book at what they consider to be last minute.
