The resort itself offers movies by the pool, tikki bar, gym ,volley ball and tennis courts. Mini golf has recently been added. Grocery shopping can be done at the nearby super Walmart.For those wishing to explore the area you are close to the shops and restaurants of Disney Springs , Kissimmee Old Town and Celebration. The more active can experience hot air balloon rides, tree trek or air boat rides. For those who want to shop try the Loop and the Premium Outlets.

Guest has access to all areas of the home. The garage has been converted to a Games Room so no vehicular access there

Limited public transport so need to rely on Lyft or Uber. There is Sunrail station close by which can take you, Monday - Friday ,as far as Sanford.
It is great for visiting Winter Park. You can also explore Sanford using a free trolley bus. Please note service is normally once per hour, it does not run late and not operational at the weekends or public holidays.

On arrival guard will need the Community paperwork that was e mailed to you. You also need to register at Clubhouse to receive your gate pass.
Guests can access all areas of the home including the garage which has been converted to a Games Room
Smoking is not allowed inside the home but you can smoke on the pool deck as long as all debris is disposed of with care.
Cars should not be parked on grass or in way that the sidewalk is blocked.
Please note this is a self catering stay. We only supply a few starter items till you make your first visit to the grocery store.
