For your convenience there's space for two cars in the apartment proximity free of charge

We have the neighbors looking out for loud parties and we will have it stopped.
If this happens, you will be made to leave the house immediately and no refund will be given.

No loud noise before 8AM or after 10PM.

• Please make sure the trash bags inside the home have been taken into the large trash dumpster outside.
• Please leave all towels in the washing machine. If there are too many, please leave on the floor at the base of washing machine.
• Please do not leave any dirty dishes in the sink, fill the dishwasher with any remaining dirty dishes and run. (Don't run away from the dishwasher. Turn it on :-)
•Please leave any dirty/used dish towels from the kitchen on the kitchen floor in front of the refrigerator.
• Please remove all food items from the refrigerator and freezer.
• Please make sure all faucets are turned off.
• Please turn off all lights.
• Please ensure all windows are shut and locks securely tightened.
• Please get home safely.
