It was a very nice stay

It was great walking the grounds and swimming in the pool that was a short walk. The neighbors were nice and the condo had everything I needed. Patti is great she took her time to help me how to do the whole process.

Stayed here for a temporary two-month work assignment and this property was very clean, quiet, safe and great location! Easy arrival and had all the amenities that made it very comfortable to be a home away from home! Owner was great to work with and rates were great! Check out was very easy as well. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again if sent on assignment again.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. I worked remotely from this property and took breaks by the pool and would walk the grounds of the community after work. All the people, especially the owner of this property were nice, helpful, and accommodating. I will definitely rent this condo in the future.

this home met our needs while we went to disney. It was great having an entire townhouse to ourselves and was way better than being cooped up in a hotel with no kitchen/sharing a bathroom. be prepared to bring with you some of the basics (liquid hand soap, extra paper towels, etc).

Wonderful long weekend!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay! The tow home was in perfect condition! All of the furniture and furnishings were like new! Everything you need! While we were there the maintenance crew was painting our building so our windows were covered in plastic and all taped up but we didn't really use the windows anyway. The grounds were nicely kept and with a fresh coat of paint all of the buildings in the complex looked very nice! We will keep this one in mind for future visits!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your condo! The neighbors were a little noisy, but that is to be excited, we think it was the ones directly behind us, they had several kids. We could not get the TV in the den to work, but it was perfectly fine we actually put down our phones and lap tops and carried on actual conversations! It was so nice. Thank You!! Yes there were TV's in the other rooms, but we didn't even bother to try them out. Great location, very clean and centrally located to everything. Would surely stay again.

I would not book through VRBO again..listed property lacks some of the basic things. 1. Bathroom door lock was not working and property manager knew about it..shocked to see they rented property in such situation 2. Bad odor inside the property 3. Car sticker check every time enetering into the property which is a pain with long lanes

Clean clean clean

Let me start by saying, this unit smelled super clean. There was plenty of linen, towels, and cookware. The only thing missing is as a baking sheet. But if you really want to bake, Dollar Tree isn’t far away. Check-in was smooth once we got in the gate. We didn’t realize there was a second entrance for residents so there was a little confusion. The actual unit address takes you to the back gate (which the unit is closer to). Make sure if you are using GPS, you use “Venetian Bay Villages” as your destination NOT the physical address, unless your familiar with the area. Patti was very helpful and responsive through the entire process. This unit is not pet friendly but Patti does have other pet friendly properties. We plan to book again when we return with the children and dog in one of her other units.

the perfect Disney base!

This was our first visit to Orlando from Auckland, New Zealand and we were visiting our daughter who is working in Disneyworld. Patti's villa was lovely - clean and nicely furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen. The beds were all very comfy and the bedding and towels were all of good quality. The master ensuite was lovely and spacious, and it was great to have a flat screen tv in each bedroom, which our two teenagers enjoyed. Venetian Bay Village was a quiet and secure complex, and much larger than we had anticipated. We didn't actually have time to use the other resort facilities such as the fitness room or pools, but everything looked clean and well maintained. We found the resort to be the perfect base for us, being well located and close to mega stores such as Target, Walmart and Publix supermarket, as well as a large range of eating choices (we especially enjoyed Applebees grill and the local Panda Express on Irlo Bronson Highway (great for a fast, inexpensive dinner to get my fix of green vegies!). We found shopping bargains in the small block of outlet shops where the Nike clearance outlet was, again on Irlo Bronson Highway, as this was our normal route to Disney/Universal - including Converse, Tommy Hilfiger and Beall's outlets also! We also highly recommend Ross Dress for Less stores for discounted designer bargains (clothes, shoes, bags, suitcases etc) - prices at these clearance outlets were often better than the Vineland Premium outlets. Another tip: you are allowed to bring food into Disney (but not permitted for Universal Studios). When we were visiting Disney, we stopped off at Target enroute each morning to buy sandwiches and salads for lunch, which meant that we saved a lot of money by not having to purchase expensive, less healthy options at the theme parks. Email communication with Patti was always quick and courteous, and we received an email from Patti upon our arrival back home to confirm that the damage bond had already been refunded by her. We highly recommend Patti's villa at Venetian Bay Village in Kissimmee. Thanks again, Patti, for a wonderful stay at your lovely holiday home.

Would stay here again. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware and plates, cups etc. Same with towels and bedding. We ran out of toilet paper, the only negative, but there’s a Walmart nearby. Pool was great and is located right across the street. (Hot tub broke second day I was there and wasn’t fixed before I left. It happens)
