Guest Access:

This 6-bed, 4.5-bath home sleeps up to 12 guests. You’ll have access to the entire home, covered lanai, game room, and pool area, as well as the resort amenities.

If upgrades are desired, we need the request 48 hours in advance. We will send an invoice, and upon payment, we will schedule this service. If the request is less than 24 hours in advance, we will still do our best to provide these services, but keep in mind that the pool takes 24 hours to heat.

Getting Around:

Guests may park 2 cars on the carport, and additional parking spots are available as first come first serve in the resort parking lot. HOA will tow anyone parking on the grass.

*Not a Party Place: We prioritize family-friendly environments over party atmospheres.

*Not Pet-Friendly: Our properties do not accommodate pets to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests.

*This is a smoke-free, vape-free home and we have smoking detectors inside (these do not record audio or video)

*Max capacity for this home is 12 guests

*Dye, including hair dye, is not allowed on the property

*Additional charge for ruined towels and/or property damage



CRITTERS AND CREATURES

*In Florida, you will almost certainly see some amazing creatures. We particularly love watching the tropical birds. There are also alligators, insects, gnats, ants, iguanas, spiders, snakes, mice, rats, scorpions, and other creatures. Almost everywhere in the state, including our villa and resort, is a possible place to run into insects or animals. While we take precautions and have regular pest control, we cannot guarantee a critter or creepy-crawly-free experience. If they worry you or your kids, please don't book our villa because we do not provide refunds if you encounter any wild creatures or insects during your visit. Please let us know if you notice anything in or around your villa so we can contact our pest control or the proper authorities.



SECURITY CAMERA

*For your safety and ours, please be aware that a security camera is installed at the front door. The camera records video footage 24/7. This measure is in place to ensure the security of our property and the safety of all guests. Your privacy is of utmost importance, and no other areas are under video surveillance.



POOL FLOTATION TOYS AND DEVICES

Pool toys and flotation devices are only allowed to be used in pool areas, not outside of pool areas (per insurance requirements).



ACCESS

Guest(s) shall allow Homeowner or Homeowner's representative access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.



RESORT AMENITIES

We’re happy to share, at no additional charge to you, the resort amenities that are managed by the HOA; however, they are not guaranteed. Availability, access, and hours may change at any time due to maintenance or other HOA decisions beyond our control.



AGREEMENTS

*Even after verifying and paying, reservation is not complete until a signed rental agreement is received. ANY GUEST WHO REFUSES TO SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT AND CHECK-IN INFORMATION WILL HAVE THEIR RESERVATION CANCELED.
