"The the property is nice . Staff was amazing.The rooms were excellent.We stayed on the 14 floor the view from the window was gorgeous. There was no free breakfast included, which was kind of sad. But they did have a lot of places where you could have breakfast and lunch. Everything's was in walking distance so that was nice . Will be staying there again "

"I highly recommend the Grove! We are seasoned travelers, and we (family of 4) were very comfortable here. The Grove gives you a bracelet that opens your room's door and pays for just about everything on property grounds, including adult beverages and every single item at the convenience/grocery store/restaurant/Starbucks/retail, etc. The bracelet is your ticket into the waterpark and pool. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean, updated, spacious, extremely quiet, functional, and very comfortable. The views were nice. To give you an idea, we were much more comfortable here than we were at the Waldorf Astoria in New York or the Omni in New Orleans. It's a family friendly hotel but would be wonderful for couples as well. My only complaints would be that it is a large property and it takes a lot of walking to get to where you want to be. Also, it was a bit confusing finding where the room was, where the elevators were, pool, and the parking garage. The Grove could use clearer signs. Just remember your building letter & number, and take an adventure the 1st day to familiarize your surroundings. Some things were a little pricier than off grounds, so it would be a good idea to bring your own coffee pods, laundry pods, handsoaps, snacks, and necessities. But if you forget it, they have it. The prices at the little grocery/convenient store weren't as high as we were expecting. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would most definitely stay here again!"

"The room was great! The check-in and check-out process was amazing and so efficient. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with my gluten allergy. They did a great job of helping me navigate the menu. I would say that my husband was slightly disappointed in how long his food had been sitting before he got to eat it. Most often it was a little bit stale. "
