Each bedroom has an A/C unit and new hardwood floors. The second floor has the primary bedroom with a queen sized bed and A/C, as well as a full bathroom just down the hall. Also on the second floor is another large bedroom with two twin sized beds and A/C. The lower level of the home features a family room with 36" TV, half bathroom, and bar. Added amenities include WIFI, enclosed outdoor shower, a gas and charcoal barbecue grill and a Keurig coffee maker. Up to two dogs allowed at this property. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.
