Hotel was fine. Car park was quite a walk so not ideal with 2 large suitcases. Lifts were tiny and couldn’t fit 2 adults, 2 children and suitcases in so that was a bit of a pain late at night when we checked in. Hotel was clean and beds comfortable. No tea or coffee facilities in the room and couldn’t get a hot drink anywhere when we arrived at 9pm.

Zentral, sauber, preiswert, freundlicher Service

Wir übernachteten auf der Rückfahrt im Hotel. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch beim Einparken des Autos in der engen Tiefgarageneinfahrt, und erklärte uns gut den Weg in die Altstadt. Das Hotel insgesamt macht ein etwas heruntergekommenen Eindruck, aber Zimmer und Bad waren geräumig und sauber. Durch die zentrale Lage ist die Umgebung etwas lauter, aber dafür ist man in 10 Minuten in der sehr schönen Innenstadt von Orleans.

Sleets hotel met zeer gastvrije medewerkers

Gebouw en inrichting verouderd, helaas geen airco. Randje centrum. De medewerkers waren zeer vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd. We hadden dit hotel gekozen vanwege de eigen parkeerplaats. Bij de reservering gevraagd om een plek te reserveren. Geen bericht gekregen dat deze niet beschikbaar was, maar de auto met dakkoffer uiteindelijk toch in een openbare garage moeten parkeren...

Hôtel très pratique. Le personnel est chaleureux, attentionné. Toutes mes demandes ont été traité sérieusement. Le wifi est de bonne qualité. La chambre était calme, pas de bruit. Le petit déjeuner délicieux. A bientôt.

Very outdated hotel, lobby smells like smoke, bathroom old and invested with cockroaches, breakfast if you do make use of it is not worth it, rather go out for breakfast.

Great for a stopover

Close to centre of Orleans (10 minute walk) with really secure underground parking, though it did cost 15 Euro for the night. Staff are really friendly and spoke good English - even pointing out good places to eat. The room was clean enough, and comfortable enough - not quite boutique hotel but good enough - we would return to this hotel if passing through again.
