Great Golf Getaway

Best property we've vacationed in!

This property has it all - not only with updates, privacy, lush grounds and many, many other amenities, but also the cleanliness that renters look for in properties that are higher end. I can't say enough about the Pretty Picky Property management company as I believe they set a high standard, and as a result, our experience was outstanding. Thank you PPP team and also to the owners for making such a wonderful property available.

Great Rental

This was above and beyond our expectations. The property was clean, have every item we needed for lobster bakes, barbecues and margaritas. The house was well designed, the pool area was immaculate. Worth every nickel.

Amazing extended family trip

A+ all around. So much room for 11 of us ages 22-90 to spread out. We could have spent all our time at the house and never run out of things to do. Minor issues were handled so promptly by property manager. We feel so lucky to have had a property like this to rent. Thank you!

Cape Cod Cousins Week

We were a group of adult cousins and their kids staying in the house. The home is lovely, spacious, and provided us with everything we needed. I liked that each couple (four) had their own private bathroom and plenty of space. The kids loved the bunkroom, game room, outdoor games and pool. The parents loved that the kids were so entertained. The home is a short drive to Nauset Beach. It's a nice morning run to the beach and back. The home is located on a road with nearby neighbors, however it feels very private, and we never even saw the neighbors. There are restaurants, shops, and (our favorite) ice cream shops nearby. If you're looking for a nice dinner with beautiful views checkout Chatham Bars Inn (about 20 min. away). Overall, we had a great stay and would return in a heartbeat.

Unpretentious Luxury

Everything about the property, from its impeccable maintenance indoors and out to its design and layout reflects thoughtful planning and an understanding of how multi-generational visitors can enjoy time together. There are places to gather as a group and places to enjoy solitude; there are games to play for two or ten; places to relax in the sun or shade; places to enjoy a glass of wine or a picnic. We have nature lovers and serious athletes in our family and everyone loved the place!

Gorgeous, fun home

Beautiful home for groups of friends or families with kids. Property is private and stunning. Would have appreciated more towels and better shampoo/conditioner and bottled waters upon arrival. Didn't appear to be a way to turn on the fireplaces...was there in September do would have liked to have used them. But overall enjoyed our stay and the beds and furnishings were beautiful and comfortable.
