Wifi was not functioning well in the other room and I was moved. So far it’s good for a night. The pillows was smelling rotten eggs, I called the housekeeper and changed my pillows. Staff are accommodating though.

Staff was very kind and friendly. Room was only cleaned on request. Sheets were not changed once in 2 weeks. CR had a terrible odor. Switched rooms and still had issues with CR.

The location is excellent and the security staff very helpful when parking my motorcycle. Check-in was disappointing, being asked to wait for 15 mins before the room was a available at 7pm.

Clean, however thr aircond room 418 needs replacement. Manual control only, however the compressor inadequate to supply chilled air.

No Toiletries in the bathroom, they only give it to you if you ask for it. They also said they run out of Kleenex. Bathroom is clean but outdated. Room accomodation is ok.

I made reservation for my gf and two nieces for one night...when I tried call hotel, the reception girl answered then hung up right away....I called right back and she never answer....I called a least 10 times to ask important questions but she just blew me off...when gf arrived next day after check-in time, her room was dirty and not cleaned...she was assigned a new room, but the comfort room smelled so bad...she called down to reception and girl came up to spray air freshener, but that did nothing to rid the odor....the wifi was very poor...this is the second time I made reservation at this hotel, first time was when I was there in May 2018, and when I arrived to check-in late afternoon, the room was never cleaned...when I came off the elevator, the entire hallway was so dark from all the lights being burned out...I was mad and left there to go to different hotel...I will never again book a room at this hotel in the future because of the very poor customer service and conditions of this hotel😱😡😡😡

Personnel accueillant, rapide inscription. Chambre très ordinaire, literie âgée et taies d’oreiller sont trouées et Chambre de bain sale et toilette à besoin d’être réparée. Chambre de luxe très ordinaire..... 2 étoiles. Chambre de moustiques. Personnel impeccable ! Luxury room dirty, old towels, bathroom so so dirty too, many musquitos inside. But the personals are no.1. 2 stars

チェックイン時間も柔軟に対応可能で訪問時の常宿でスタッフはアットホームです。食事等のサービスは朝は軽食のみ、他の時間帯はカップヌードル程度ですが徒歩圏内にローカルフード、ファーストフードチェーン店があります。

Got this hotel after reading reviews on hotels.com...it says it's the "best hotel in ormoc"...i didn't have time to read the rest(my bad)... so I booked the "VIP family room" for my family of 5. The location is directly across an elementary school, and at night the area is sketchy...it's a small building and thus a small lobby with a security guard. Staff are very friendly but hotel has only one elevator...and it doesn't work...our room is on the 4th floor... security carried our luggages..but staying in this hotel was a work out...had to leave early to catch our ferry boat to Cebu. Beds are comfortable, room is nice and A/c was working well. City just had a big earthquake 2wks our stay and is just getting power back...power kept turning on and off but I'm glad hotel has back up generators. I shouldn't expect too much from this city anyways after suffering so much calamities is the past. Pros: near the port

The hotel was reasonably priced. The family room was good for 6. Location was excelent because it was very near the terminal. We arrived at about 7:30am but was allowed to check in that early. Staff were courteous and helpful.
