"We had a lovely week in Chalet Mon Sousou. Every morning we took the bus to the ski gondel, very convenient in front of the chalet. It is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood surrounded by neighbouring houses. Although the chalet has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and fully equipped, with 7 adults the house is a bit tight, but still cosy. "La qualité des services de l'agence. Le chalet est magnifique, la distribution des chambres, la configuration du chalet, le sauna, la terrasse avec brasero, le balcon, la vue. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La salle à manger et le salon sont sont spacieux. Nous étions 7 adultes tout est aménagé pour l'intimité de chacun. Ce week-end prolongé en famille fut superbe ! "The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is amazing! Dianna at the front desk was so warm and welcoming and Susana in the breakfast room made every morning sweeter- she is a delight. The only reason it wasn't five stars is because there is no air conditioning and unfortunately with the windows open the road noise starts early at 6:00 a.m.. If you don't come in the summer, then perhaps that is a non-issue. The location is fantastic (next to a mall and both Migros and Coop within 5min walk and you have access a few steps away to enter the lake which was glorious everyday. The pool is quite small but nice to have."

"Didn't initially realise that the property management is the same as that of the Royal Plaza (opposite) but didn't really cause much of an issue. We were still able to use the amenities at Royal Plaza. Villa Toscane itself wasn't manned but our room was really nice and clean. Staff overall were very helpful and we had a lovely stay. I would definitely recommend."

"The hotel was in a great location. Casino was across the street and many restaurants within walking distance. We found the front desk to be very helpful and friendly. If you can try to reserve the parking via the hotel. Other venues of parking are expensive. The hotel definitely has old world charm. I would stay there again when back in Montreux."

"This hotel was the one-night magical stay we were hoping it would be. It felt like a well-maintained step back in time. The breakfast and restaurant were lovely, the staff were very friendly, and the grounds were STUNNING. I couldn't believe how beautiful it was to sit at the restaurant and to be outside - the flowers, the views, the touches. Absolutely loved it! My only disappointment was that we were there for our honeymoon, and even after contacting them before, the hotel didn't acknowledge that in any way. Overall, would recommend it to someone wanting a special "off the beaten path" stay."
