"Excellent Waterfront Hotel with very good facilities. Since it was early Spring some facilities were not available the indoor pool was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is also close to train station and ferry etc thereby enabling comfortable commute. The Last Hall restaurant was very good in terms of food and service and so was the Bar / Lounge near the lobby. Overall great property, great location and great staff. "

"The property is spotless. The view from the room was special. Breakfast was everything you needed, well presented and tasty, with good gluten free options available without having to ask. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would 100% stay here again."

"Great host and neighbors! Cozy home with many things for the baby and kids. Very convenient location! We came in late fall when the weather wasn’t as predictable but we were able to see gorgeous views - both of the Lake and Mountains. We loved Zermatt, Stresa, Our Lady of the Rock in Locarno, and a boat ride to the Borromeo Islands. Parking in the garage was quite difficult for us Americans but there is street parking available. "
