"A nice hotel, but the check in was terrible. There was only one desk clerk on duty, and she spent at least 40 minutes trying to help one couple. The rest of us (15-20 people) had to wait in line for our rooms. (10:30 pm and tired from a long flight.)"

"Good place to stay near the North bus station but there was a loud banging sound (from the air conditioner?) every 30 minutes or so the whole night which kept waking us up. Also the sound insulation of the room is terrible and you'll be up with the 6am construction sounds. Otherwise, it was fine."

"One of the reasons I booked this hotel was that it stated in the description that the suite contained a washer and dryer. It doesn’t. The laundry room is downstairs and it costs US$12 to wash and dry a load. The suite itself was huge with a very comfortable bed in a separate bedroom. The breakfast buffet was excellent and set up around the small pool. The area around the hotel wasn’t that nice, but a short walk took you to a large park and there were many restaurants near by. Great for a couple of nights stay."

"It’s a little hard to find the hotel. The front entrance is on a walking street. The parking entrance is on a one way street (Calle 7). The area seems a little more sketchy than you expect, but it’s safe, and the staff are very helpful."
