「Family gave a very warm welcome and food was excellent. Apartment clean, good size, bed comfy, nice sitting area, had everything in it i needed for a 5 day stay. Good size toilet with shower. Outdoor balcony very nice. Fly screens on all outsode doors and windows. Remember the mosquito spray if ou go outside. All in all excellent budget accommodation. I will be staying again 」

Overall the hotel could do with some updating and renovations but for the price reflects excellent value . The town of Dalyan which is absolutely beautiful is a mere 3 minutes away in the car」

「A small family run apart hotel. Rooms a little dated but exceptionally clean. Deniz and her father were fabulous hosts. The breakfast served was probably one of the best we have had in Turkey. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble asked and it was there. I would definitely recommend a stay here. It’s within a 5 minute walk to the river, restaurants and bars. We will definitely be going back.」
