「It was very inconvenient to get to the hotel because cars couldn’t get there being very narrow with the road. Reception was excellent, the room was very spacious. The shower was weak. The worst was the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The hard boiled eggs were cold, taken out of the freezer and 2-3 days old where the yolks were very dark green. Yuck. All the pastries and pound cakes were not fresh and hard. Nothing is fresh and they charge you for the juices. Bad experience....

「The initial communication from the host was good and a late check-in service was provided. I could give a five star review if a correct reserved room was provided. We booked a large room for a family of 4. However an attic room for 2 persons (only have one bed) was provided. It's too late, unable to contact the host to make a change.」

「This was a fantastic place off the beaten path! The hosts were amazing, the breakfast was the best we have encountered in Italy! Family run and operated! The attention to detail was fantastic. Restaurants were within walking distance and the hosts had excellent recommendations for us! We loved this place! 」

「Chiara, the receptionist was outstanding, helpful , with any request . There was a problem with the fridge in the room. Upon notifying her, she immediately offered other rooms . Hotel is slightly out of the way , but practically minutes away from center . The continental breakfast was nice. Service was great .」

「We had to make a last minute change to this property from one we had in San Gimignano, and we are delighted that it worked out that way. The property is super relaxing and the staff made our stay memorable. The owner/on-site chef made a fabulous 3 course meal for dinner, plus dessert, and breakfast was simply perfect If you do not have a car and anticipate hiring a taxi, I advise that you set up the taxi in advance and the owners will be happy to provide a number for you. We wish we could have...

「Excellent location on our way to Naples. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. The room was very small. Next time I would opt for something bigger. The desk clerk spoke no English. I muddled through in ‘Italian’. The high point here is the restaurant. It’s worth going out of the way to dine here. Amazing food and the waiter spoke a bit of English. The menu was translated so not a problem at all. No breakfast.」

「The hotel was very clean, updated and modern room ( 103) . Thermal outdoor pool was gigantic and really special . Very close to town of Viterbo . It was just superb and we hope to be back again.」
