"After a three day super busy visit to Madrid with six adults and two children, this property was exactly what we needed. Very rustic, with fireplace burning when we arrived, so very cosy as our stay was early April and it was cool outside. There are five bedrooms, so each couple had own room and so did each boy. "I booked this hotel based largely on the fabulous looking pool. We arrived to find it was closed for the season. The surly receptionist said their terms make this clear (I checked their website and found nothing). It put a dampener on our stay. The main restaurant was also closed. We were advised we could use their other restaurant. We checked it out, it is really a locals bar, which I normally wouldn’t mind but it was filthy. Tables were uncleared and cigarette butts lay everywhere. Shame...
