"My Partner and I decided to spend Xmas in Winterberg. We chose Ms Thiels property from the photos and its location. Both were accurate and lived up to expectations. It’s location is excellent for access to Winterberg, 10 mins away, the lake and walking trails across the road. The property was comfortable and fitted out meet a home from home experience. We enjoyed our Xmas and stay very much. The only downside is the lack of internet access."

"Ein wundervolles Haus! Der Kamin wurde täglich genutzt und im Hottub waren wir auch an 3 von 6 Abenden. Am liebsten hätten wir ihn noch häufiger genutzt, allerdings brauchten wir im Schnitt 6 Std um ihn zu beheizen (bei ca 0 Grad und teilweise Schnee). Wahrscheinlich haben wir irgendwas falsch gemacht, aber auch Google und YouTube konnten uns keine weiteren Tipps geben. "Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Ferienhaus. Trotz seines Alters ist es hell und freundlich eingerichtet und bittet ausreichend Platz. Das kein Backofen vorhanden ist, hatten wir schon im Vorfeld gelesen und uns entsprechend eingerichtet. Brötchen kann man werktags im Ort beim Frischemarkt holen und abends haben wir aufgrund des guten Wetters meistens gegrillt. Dies war bei dem schönen und großen Garten mit Pavillon ideal. Vom Nachbarn im angrenzenden Haustrakt haben wir fast nix...
