“We needed a villa with 11 rooms and 11 bathrooms and this was just PERFECT! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa and LOVED the scenery and the wine cellar that came with it. The breakfast spread was good and very convenient and the traditional dinner was very nice as well. We loved the big kitchen and the dining areas. We would have enjoyed the outdoor tables if the weather was warmer. Several of us enjoyed the private chapel as well. ”

“La struttura è grande ma facilmente fruibile perché tutto è vicino e a misura d'uomo, piscina e parcheggio a vista compresi. Gli ambienti delle camere sono funzionali e ben sfruttati. I materiali sono ottimi e si nota come tengono alle qualità delle infrastrutture come i climatizzatori, efficenti e praticamente nuovi. La piscina è splendida e sempre pulita. Personale simpatico, disponibile e pulizia degli ambienti eccezzionale, piscina compresa. Adatto anche ai bambini, specialmente la seconda……

“Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Herrenhaus. Der Pool ist großartig, der Blick atemberaubend und die Ausstattung ist super. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 14 Personen plus zwei Kinder. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer inkl. Bad. Die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und leider riecht es etwas aus dem Abfluss. Das Haus an sich ist sehr alt und das Leitungswasser nicht trinkbar. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit. ”

“My friends kept thinking we were just sending them pictures of postcards and not actual photos of Gian's Villa! The beauty and architecture was only outdone by the peaceful and picturesque beauty of living atop an Umbrian Villa for the week. There was plenty of room for all six of us and even used another spare bedroom as a temporary office. The beautiful kitchen was fully stocked and afforded us some wonderful space and amenities to have our daughter and daughter-in-law hone their Italian……

“Very nice villa to relax in the countryside. The town of Fabro is only a 15 minute ride to restaurants, train station(free parking) and other shops. We found the villa to be very spacious and relaxing. One item to note, there was seven cats (at the time of our stay) living outside the doors of the property. We were told to feed, some bring some cat food.”

Federico is a fantastic host and we took advantage of his recommendations for private chefs and local dining/grocery shopping options. Todi is a stunning hilltop town with great dining options. The EMI supermarket, about 12 minutes drive is ideal for all your grocery and beverage needs.The pool was large and immaculate and we took……

“The setting is just gorgeous - gardens, vegetation and the building exterior. Very spacious well-kept grounds with access (via a steep path) to the lake-side and the peaceful and secluded private beach. Lovely pool area and decent-sized well-maintained pool. The apartment interior was spacious and rustic - fairly basic but authentic farmhouse furnishings. The only negative thing to say would be that it could have been cleaner.”
