Quiet and Quaint

Very quiet location. Loved sitting on the porch and looking at the water. Easy access to just about everything. Great local coffee shop just down the road!

My weekend getaway

The check-in was a little shaky but once that was resolved we really enjoyed our stay so much so that I’m already planning another weekend soon hopefully by some water . Kudos !

Lovely Lake House to Relax and Unwind

I really enjoyed this lake house. It was the perfect place to relax and unplug. Mornings on the balcony listening to the birds, watching the cardinals and squirrels with coffee was great. The lake view is blocked by trees and there is no direct lake access but i didn't mind.

The apartment is actually not bad. Main issue is we were given a 10 digit code to get into the common hallway, yes a 10 digit code - which did not work. We were given a code to the physical lock box to get a key from the management company, which is the only way were able to get in. Later that day the owner changed the code to a 4 digit one on the door, says he meant to do it sooner, however there was "internet down in the whole area". The code only worked for a couple hours, next day no code working. I don't like wasting vacation time on something so simple...

Was down there on a construction meeting over the weekend. The house is still is very affordable needed to be updated for sure but I’m a contractor and knows all the little walls. I would read it again anytime but we need the code to the gate I said, driving through Margaritaville.

Requested no steps. Four flights of stairs to get down to room. Not sets in the room. Good thing.tv was not user friendly. Won’t be back.

Dirty place needs new flooring

When we Arrived at the unit. The bathroom was filthy. The kitchen was filthy, the flooring. And the kitchen and the hallway towards the bathroom where missing pieces and screws and metal screws holding the floor down such a hazard whenever. I would never recommend this. You can't see it. How much is it? Went to grab a coffee cup out of the cupboard. And it was dirty, really bad and stay away from this place and It seems like they don't care anyways. So I'd say stay away.

Couple Snags

Nice enough place and looked clean at first but when I pulled back the bedsheets, it looked like they were not washed. They were very wrinkled as if someone slept in them and they had stains. Ended up sleeping on the couch with one of my own blankets. Vape pen in the corner of the bedroom laying on the floor; somehow the cleaning crew missed this. A little confusing as well considering what pulls up in your GPS is not the exact address on the website, and the text message system along with the Customer Service line was not helpful. Also it was forgotten to give me the code to the front door so I could not get in and ended up being late to my event due to this and being on the phone with the Customer Service line.
