Fun times in Osage Beach - 3 bedroom house in Racetrack Cove

You will certainly enjoy any days you spend at this newly listed 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with vaulted ceilings at the 28 MM. It's a peaceful setting in a light-filled home with tons of huge windows to take in all of the lake views. The top floor has 2 bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom in-between. One bedroom has a king-size bed where you can lay in bed and enjoy the gorgeous lake view or step out on the balcony to take it all in. The other bedroom on this level has a full-size bed with twin bunk beds. Walk down the flight of stairs to the lower level which walks out to the lake. The kitchen is fully stocked and has newer stainless steel appliances. The 3rd bedroom is on this level with a queen bed and attached bathroom (that also opens to the kitchen). There are ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms.

On the deck we have 2 different tables plus a couple of comfortable outdoor chairs to enjoy the breathtaking views on Racetrack Cove. There are only a few steps down to the dock which has 2 slips available for your use (31 and 33 feet, each with lifts). We also have a lily pad, picnic table, and loungers available for your use.

We know that pets are an integral part of many guests' lives so we make it easy to enjoy your vacation by allowing you to bring well-behaved pets without charging any extra fees. All we ask is that you ensure they are kenneled if you are leaving the property without them and that they are fully potty trained. We are pet lovers and enjoy traveling with our pets so it's important to us that you are able to do the same.

This property is a relatively new listing but we have 2 other established VRBO properties at the Lake of the Ozarks so I am an experienced host and I strive to provide an enjoyable stay for all guests. I live in the area and keep my phone on 24/7 to be available if there are any issues during your stay.

The kitchen has quality cups, plates, utensils, knives, wine glasses, pots/pans, toaster, coffee pot, blender, cutting boards, measuring cups, measuring spoons, pizza cutter, ice cream scoop, wine opener, storage containers, etc.

The bedrooms have comfortable linens and the bathrooms have nice towels. We don't put out anything we wouldn't want to use ourselves.

Please note, there is plenty of parking at our house but there are a considerable number of steps from the parking area to the front door (42 well-constructed concrete steps with a landing halfway down). I have added a gravel driveway down to the house suitable for parking up to two 4WD vehicles.
