Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchens with the needed utensils and appliances for any meal. Appliances include a microwave, electric stove, oven, fridge with an ice maker, toaster, and coffee maker with freshly brewed coffee options. The dining area can comfortably accommodate many guests.

Indoor Living: Flat screen smart TV access to popular streaming apps.

Outdoor Living: The house features two outdoor spaces with seating areas and a grill. Corn hole available, placed in the lower bedroom closet.

This property does not include a boat slip. The closest boat rental is Bombay Boat Rental at Dog Day's Bar & Grill. The closest boat slip rental is Kelly's Port in Osage Beach.
